This amazing Lavender Syrup can be used to sweeten iced tea and mineral water, make a lavender and gin flower cocktail, or pour over vanilla ice cream.  You can also add some to flavor and sweeten frosting for your baked goods. All natural, made artisanally in Provence, France.

The perfect flavoring for sorbets, shortbreads, champagne cocktails, hot teas or sparkling water.

Our Favorite Recipe: Lavender Mojito

  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 1 oz lavender syrup
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1/2 of a lime’s juice
  • Splash of seltzer
  • Lime wedge

In a pint glass, muddle mint leaves with lavender syrup. Add rum and lime juice. Stir, fill glass with ice, and top with seltzer. Garnish with lime wedge.

What a treat!

I have purchased this syrup for myself and was so pleased with the delicate lavender flavor that I have purchased a few bottles for the Christmas gift baskets I am making for treasured friends. I love this syrup on my pancakes or waffles. What a great purchase!

Wonderful lavender products.

I stumbled upon the Lavender farm As a suggestion of a place to go by my mother the place was wonderful full of lovely lavender blooming and had a nice little shop where you could purchase many lavender items I purchased some cider and lavender candles which smell lovely have a great throw to the fragrance and make the whole room smell inviting I also purchased lavender syrup which adds a beautiful sweetness to coffee and tea and their premade lavender lemonade was simply wonderfully refreshing

One of your staff recommended this and I decided to give it a try. So far I’ve had it on vanilla ice cream which was great. And for lunch I put some in ricotta a then on a cracker. Love it. Just a drizzle does the job.
